ride!
NOTE: Spinning is a cardio workout with dim lights & higher
decibel
music. Water bottle & towel are required.
Yoga
A mind/body class featuring a series of poses that combine flexibility,
strength,
power & balance. This class provides an excellent & complete
flexibility
& toning workout
SilverSneakers
A blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and
socially-oriented
programs for older active adults. Take charge of your health and
maintain
a healthy lifestyle through the SilverSneakers program available at

CrossFit Kids
Garden
State CrossFit Kids is a unique program that incorporates
constantly
varied, functional movement done at intensity levels which are
individually
scaled and varied. The workout utilizes cardiovascular endurance
exercise,
gymnastic movements and weight bearing drills. This is tailored
specifically
for children in the CrossFit Kids program.
Cardio-Blast
An interval training cardio workout that starts with a
Spinning
warm-up, then moves out to the main floor for elliptical &/or
treadmill
work & finishes with another 30 minutes of Spinning.
Zumba
Zumba combines high-energy, motivating music with unique
moves & combinations that give you a great cardio workout -
addsome spice to your routine! This Latin-based group exercise class isfun& easy to do. No dance experience required.
Cardio Kickbox
A high-energy, non-stop, non-contact cardio workout
for all
levels incorporating martial arts techniques, shadow boxing,
calisthenics
& kickboxing combinations. Excellent for stress relief!
Cardio Step
A high energy "freestyle" step workout featuring intensive patterns and power combinations.
A fast and fun way to burn fat and calories.
Training Camp

20/20/20 Total Body
Get it all in one hour! This all-in-one workout incorporates three 20
minute segments:&
1) Basic Step &/or Low Impact,
2) BOSU
Balance/Strength &
3) Core & Upper Body Conditioning.
Power Pump
Your hour of
power! This class
is designed for optimum strengthening & toning of all major muscle
groups.
Class uses bar bell with plates, easy to follow movements & great
music!
Rock'n Abs
The name says it all!
Ultimate Conditioning
A one-hour Group Training "class" run by our 5 Star Personal Training
staff.
Workout varies each week to keep it exciting & combines cardio with
strength
training. NOTE: Class takes place on main floor of the club
(not in Group
Fitness Studio)
Mat Pilates
