as important is the committment that you make to YOURSELF. Knowing that
somebody is waiting for you to come workout is added incentive to get
to the gym. You avoid that old excuse of "I'll do it later."
Comprehensive Exercise Program

In your initial fitness consultation you will establish your goals and
how you plan to work towards them. During your training, your personal
trainer will evaluate your status and work with you to modify your workout
program for maximum benefit. All you have to do is be willing to work
hard!
One of the side benefits of a personal trainer is that he/she can teach
you everything you need to know about nutrition, exercise, and a healthy
lifestyle, while at the same time explaining away the bogus myths about
miracle weight loss and exercise programs.
Encouragement/Guidance/Motivation

Part of a personal trainer's job is to make sure you receive timely
encouragement, instruction, and motivation to keep you on track. You'll
get positive feedback acknowledging your accomplishments as well as
corrections when you're straying from the optimal path that you've both
defined to meet your fitness goals.
Some people like to train by themselves with a trainer to guide them.
Others like to have a partner to share the challenge and to provide
added motivation. Personal trainers can provide sessions for solo training
for individuals or buddy training for pairs of friends.
